Return & Refund Policy

At Swords and Spoons, we strive to provide a fair and transparent return process. Please read our return policy carefully before making your purchase.

📦 Trading Card Games (TCGs) – No Returns

  • No returns or refunds on TCG products, including:

    • Sealed product (booster packs, boxes, etc.)

    • Single cards

  • This applies to both in-store and online purchases, without exception.

🛍️ General Merchandise Returns

  • Most non-TCG items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • To qualify for a return:

    • You must provide a receipt or order number

    • Items must be unopened, with seals intact and tags still attached

    • Items must be in sellable condition

🎫 Event Ticket Refunds

  • Refunds for event tickets must be requested at least 48 hours before the event start time.

  • No refunds will be issued within 48 hours of the event.

  • Event tickets are non-transferable without prior approval.
