Important Information:

• Cancellations: Notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Refunds are not available for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event.
• Arrival Time: The tournament starts promptly at the scheduled time. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to ensure we begin on time.
